Non-Refund Policy 

All clients are required to agree to the following which is effective for all services and programs and sessions along with a service contract. 

Non-Refund Policy and Terms:

You need to be willing to give 100% commitment to the program and your healing.   

Booking requires payment in full for the entirety of the program fee at the time of booking and is non-refundable FOR ANY REASON. 

 

If you choose to leave early, there will be no credits, no refunds or transferrable banked days. You cannot transfer to somebody else’s name any remaining days left on your package are non-refundable. 

Late Check-Ins Policy:
Your reservation will only be held up to 2 hours from your check-in time unless special requests have been made prior to your retreat. 

Late Check-Outs Policy:
Late check-outs will be charged an additional $150 when checking out after 11:00 am and you will be billed.

1. Credit card processing fee of 2.9%

Other options for payment are E-transfer or Cash, Bank wire prior to arrival.
